• The school incorporates the disciplinary perspectives of human sciences in its concept. Human sciences are typically interdisciplinary fields and represent a combination of sciences and disciplines related to human activities, and are widely regarded to accommodate both humanities and social sciences. Humanities are understood as a branch of knowledge that deals with heritage and the question of what makes us human. Social sciences, on the other hand, are concerned with the study of the social life of human groups and individuals. Social sciences consist of the scientific study of the human aspects of the world. They are an extension of the natural sciences, and social science research emphasizes empirical methods that seek to explain the causality of events.

• Our mission is to develop dedicated and gifted students to become outstanding designers, planners, and managers in the fields of cinema & theatre, fashion, graphic & media art, interior design, product design, and landscape. We attain this by providing a strong context of professional education with an emphasis on intellectual development and creative activity, based on liberal arts and sciences. We will support this by encouraging independent learning through studio-based curricula and research-oriented thesis programs.
